This page explains how to request deletion of your AOVIEW account and related data.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the AOVIEW app and sign in.
- Go to Me → Account Security → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After verification, your request normally completes within 1 business day.
2. If you cannot use the app
Email privacy@aoview.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- The phone number or email used to register
- A clear request to permanently delete your account and related data
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
3. What will be deleted
- Your account access
- Device binding and sharing relationships tied to the account
- Alerts and related history associated with the account
Deletion may be irreversible. Information that must be kept by law will be retained only for legal or security purposes and isolated from normal use.
